Akshay Kumar Sells Office Space in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for ₹8 Crore

Bollywood’s beloved action hero and box office titan, Akshay Kumar, has recently made headlines—not for a blockbuster film, but for a big-ticket real estate move. The actor has reportedly sold his office space in Mumbai’s posh Lower Parel locality for a whopping ₹8 crore.

The property, located in a prime commercial hub of Lower Parel, was part of the Transcon Triumph building, a sought-after destination for high-end commercial real estate. The deal, which was finalized in April 2025, has drawn attention from real estate enthusiasts and Bollywood fans alike.

The office unit spans approximately 1,128 sq. ft and is housed in a high-end commercial tower known for its elite occupants and strategic location. The transaction was registered on April 17, 2025, with stamp duty and registration charges paid as per government norms.

Akshay Kumar is known not just for his fitness and discipline but also for his smart real estate investments. Over the years, he has built a strong portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Mumbai and other cities. From sea-facing apartments in Juhu to commercial spaces in key business hubs, the actor has consistently shown business acumen off-screen.

This recent sale is being interpreted by industry insiders as part of a strategic reshuffling or possible reinvestment into more lucrative real estate or business ventures.
